Delmar, MD Delmar, MD Part-time Full-time Part-time Full-time $18 - $20 an hour $18 - $20 an hour 7 days ago 7 days ago 7 days ago The Shop Manager is responsible for the specific tasks below and/or monitoring the activities of the Light Prep team that is performing these tasks Training and managing the light prep team 1-4 people Monitoring hours/overtime for prep team Prepping lights/supplies as needed Staging and loading supplies for future installs Managing inventory counts Vehicle and equipment maintenance and inspections Shop maintenance and organization Working in the field as needed Taking any additional supplies to crews if necessary Reports directly to the Service Manager & Office Manager Position is part time 20-35 hours weekly with potential for full time employment Overtime is possible during the peak season (September 15th-December 15th) Working hours may vary depending on light prep needs Seasonal position August - Feb 15th with flexible schedule Recommending inventory purchases Work with the office/scheduling department regarding crew assignments and daily production capacities.
Attend a weekly leadership meeting Driver's license required.
